**Please note this is a two-unit condo and we are the bottom level so there is a unit above you & you might incur noise from above as any multi-unit complex.
You will park in the private parking area, on the right side. There are spiral stairs leading from the garage parking to the entrance of the unit. The spiral stairs are narrow. Once inside, everything is on one level but keep in mind, THERE ARE stairs to enter the unit.
The parking is tandem parking, meaning one car behind another car. It is shared parking with Unit A, which is located above Unit B. Again, for our unit, park on the right side of the garage.
