By The Sea is a charming coastal retreat located within the Savannah Beach & Racquet Club on the north end of Tybee Island. This quiet, gated beachfront complex offers direct beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and beautifully maintained grounds. Just minutes from local shops, dining, and historic Savannah, the area is perfect for guests looking to relax by the ocean while staying close to everything Tybee has to offer. The layout is comfortable with the primary bedroom off the hallway with a pocket door for privacy and a door that leads into the bathroom. The two small beds are in the hall area. **Please note: these beds are smaller than a regular twin bed and we do not recommend for adults. Best suited for small children. Continue down the hall into the combined living space. There is a sliding door off of the living area to the balcony to enjoy the views!

We offer a variety of services through our concierge business which you can add on to your reservation if interested. We offer pre-stocking your unit with groceries, charcuterie boxes and we can also decorate for special occasions and provide special occasion food, such as cakes, cookies, etc. We can also make reservations for a variety of things from tours to private chef's and in-house massages. **Please note, we provide "start-up" supplies such as a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed one parking space at the complex. When you arrive, you will access a lockbox to retrieve your gate card and key to the unit. Your parking pass will be inside the unit. We offer internet service for streaming on your own services. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.
