The condo is located within Beachside Colony Resort, offering a safe, family-friendly environment. Two parking passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Please note: the resort’s pools are shared with other guests. There are two pools. One is heated. Pets are allowed up to 50 lbs. (dogs only, no cats) with a $100 pet fee**Please note dogs are not allowed on Tybee beaches at any time and the fine is $$$. Minimum age to book: 25 years old. Check out our concierge service! (extra charge). We can pre-stock your unit with groceries and necessities, arrange tours, excursions, decorate for special occasions, arrange a private chef and more. Everything is set up to make your stay comfortable, stress-free, and unforgettable.

House Rules

Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. As Renters, you are agreeing to "The House Rules”. Contact host, should you desire a copy of the rules in advance of your booking. One thing we do recommend is getting travel insurance that will help with costs if you need to cancel for a variety of reasons. Especially during hurricane season. We do not give refunds due to weather unless there is mandatory evacuation so, please keep this in mind when booking during hurricane season. One insurance company we recommend is Allianz Travel Insurance. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and limit the liability of the Owners and Coastline Concierge LLC to the total amount of your booking. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please follow the noise ordinance and be respectful of other guests. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangements. We only allow dogs. No cats. Weight limit of 50 lbs. $100 pet fee.
