Welcome to The Crabby Cabana at Brassrail Unit 310. You will love this large condo with plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends! Close to everything, yet secluded and gated for privacy. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this unit has everything you need to experience "Tybee Time"!

Good to know

This condo is very large and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool area. Three large bedrooms and two and half baths along with an open living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Other Details to Note

There are two entrances into the complex. They are both gated. One is on the Butler Ave. side and the other is on 15th street. Our parking is tandem parking for two vehicles, one behind the other. You will see the elevator behind your parking space. It is marked for the unit 310. Once off the elevator, the unit is immediately to your left. Tybee has a noise ordinance in place with quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM and they will issue citations for excessive noise. *We provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible.

Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. As Renters, you are agreeing to "The House Rules”. Contact host, should you desire a copy of the rules in advance of your booking. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and limit the liability of the Owners and Coastline Concierge LLC to the total amount of your booking. One thing we do recommend is getting travel insurance that will help with costs if you need to cancel for a variety of reasons. Especially during hurricane season. We do not give refunds due to weather unless there is mandatory evacuation so, please keep this in mind when booking during hurricane season. One insurance company we recommend is Allianz Travel Insurance. Also, Tybee Island observes quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please adhere to quiet hours and be mindful of other guests. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning both within and outside of the property. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangement You are allowed two parking spaces, and it is marked 310 in the parking garage. It is tandem parking, meaning one vehicle behind the other. Please be sure any car carriers will fit in the garage.

This unit is amazing! Super close walk to amazing food and right near the beach, can’t beat it! Jane was an amazing host, very friendly, easy to talk to, responds super quick, and explained everything to us. We will totally be staying here again!
