Welcome to sun and fun...relax at the Tangerine Dream Unit A on the quiet north side of Tybee, located .2 miles from the beach, an easy couple blocks walk away! Close to shops, restaurants & this house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, large outdoor space & comfy furnishings. Please note: The house is divided into TWO units-Unit A is upstairs only with two bedrooms, two baths. Ask about our Concierge service for the ultimate vacay!

The house is divided into two units. Please note: There is NOT inside access between units. You must go outside to enter either units.

Other Details to Note

Please be aware of our rental set-up. Unit B is a downstairs apartment. Upstairs is Unit A. If you are renting Unit A, there is a possibility that there will be guests renting the downstairs unit at the same time so you could have guests staying below you. We ask that everyone observe common courtesy and be mindful of all guests. The City of Tybee Island enforces a noise ordinance which says, noise must be kept a minimum after 10:00 PM. You are staying in a neighborhood with full-time residents and they WILL call the police if you exceed the noise level. Dogs are allowed (40 lbs & under) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. PLEASE NOTE: you must inform us AT BOOKING if you plan to bring your fur baby so that you can pay the fee. If you bring a pet and do not inform us or pay the fee, we will charge you double the pet fee. Since we are allowing you to bring your pet into our home, we expect honesty when doing so. You could be charged for extra cleaning if you leave an excessive mess. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH at any time and there is a hefty fine. **ALSO: We provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. We provide beach chairs and bikes as a courtesy and things tend to go missing and/or get broken so we cannot always guarantee what will be there, but we try to keep it accurate. There is a pump for flat tires. There are rentals for chairs, bikes & umbrellas on the island if needed.

House Rules

Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. As Renters, you are agreeing to "The House Rules”. Contact host, should you desire a copy of the rules in advance of your booking. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and limit the liability of the Owners and Coastline Concierge LLC to the total amount of your booking. One thing we do recommend is getting travel insurance that will help with costs if you need to cancel for a variety of reasons. Especially during hurricane season. We do not give refunds due to weather unless there is mandatory evacuation so, please keep this in mind when booking during hurricane season. One insurance company we recommend is Allianz Travel Insurance. Also, Tybee Island observes quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please adhere to quiet hours and keep in mind this is a residential neighborhood and neighbors WILL call police. We are pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs.) You are required to notify us AT BOOKING if you plan to bring your fur baby. There will be a $100 non-refundable pet deposit charged to you at the time of booking per pet (no more than two are allowed). If you bring a pet without notifying us, we will charge double the pet fee. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning both within and outside of the property. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangements.

Neighborhood

We are located on the north end of island away from the "hustle and bustle" but just a short bike or golf cart ride to all the action and to North beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Jaycee Park is close by with a nice walking trail, playground, disc golf, basketball court, picnic area and a pickle ball court. There are also restrooms at the park.

Guest Access

Upper deck and the back yard. Off street parking is available. The concrete pad on the left and under the patio area is reserved for Unit A and whole house guests. The gravel area on the right is for Unit B guests. Please park in the designated area for your unit.

The space was stunning and serene. Well equipped with functioning appliances. We even found some board games in the cabinet which would’ve been great if we’d had any rain, as expected. Super close to everything you’d want to do! Bikes were super appreciated.

Although a short stay, my family of 5 had a great time. Beach access was perfect. Also, the available bikes, beach wagon, and many other amenities provided by the host were fantastic! We also enjoyed the ability to simply walk to the nearby restaurants...didn't need to drive.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything that was described in the listing was spot on and accurate. Walkable to the beach (5min) and close to restaurants and coffee. The home was clean and stocked with essentials. Jane had easy and quick communication along with instructions for check in/out making coming and going seamless. Highly recommend!

Great location. We rented a golf cart and the proximity to north beach, Huckapoos, the park, and sugar shack made it great for kids. Place was clean and well decorated
